Rugged Leather Comfort Craftsman Boots
A quality piece of footwear made my master bootmakers in Australia, these boots boast the same comfort as the Comfort Craftsman boot. A comfort rubber outsole and comfort insole offer supreme comfort, while fantastic construction also provides excellent arch support. They also feature a classic chisel toe and flat heel design and are ideal for everyday or dresswear.
What sets this pair apart is their rugged look. They feature ‘Crazy Horse’ leather, a full grain cattle leather that improves with age. This premium leather has undergone minimal processing – simply removal of the hair, tanning and waxing. Due to natural oils and wax this leather ages, creating a unique antique appearance with varying colours and shades.
The attention to detail of RM Williams makes this boot stand out. Uniquely handcrafted from a singular piece of premium suede leather, there is only one seam at the back. They also feature elasticated side panels for breathability and ease of movement, plus branded pull tabs for easy fit and removal. Goodyear welt construction provides comfort and durability.
For a sturdier alternative, RM Williams offer the Unisex work boots like the Gammon boot in Wide and Normal fit and the Gardener also in Wide and Normal fit. Then there is the men’s work boot made to look more like the Craftsman with a chisel toe, the Lachlan. Don’t want to compromise on comfort? The Kangaroo Comfort Craftsman boot boasts durable Kangaroo leather while being just as comfortable as the other Comfort Craftsman boots.
This boot is easily dressed up or down depending on the occasion. They are a unique and quirky take on the classic Chelsea boot and due to their fabulous quality will be a long-lasting and timeless addition to your wardrobe.
Care for them with Leather Cleaner or even just a damp cloth to get the most out of your boots as the leather is saturated in wax. These boots are not designed to be polished at all, rather let the natural appearance of the waxed leather improve with age. If they have been left for a while after getting damp you can use Suede Protector as an occasional restorative.
DELIVERY
UK Web orders can be taken up to 2pm Friday to guarantee Monday delivery, subject to availability.
There are available express delivery options. For instance, Saturday or Sunday deliveries or deliveries by 12am and 10am. Please phone the shop to arrange this and extra charges will apply, though usually at cost.
Stock levels
Stock is constantly being adjusted and it may be that some things are no longer in stock. Items are sold in the shop all day and so web stock can be updated retrospectively after being sold in the shop or via mail order. If for any reason we cannot fulfil the order immediately we will be in contact as soon as possible, please monitor emails and phone messages for updates?
Delivery Times
Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We use a courier, next working day delivery service, or recorded Royal Mail for all products. Where the product is immediately available, we will ship it the same day (provided the order is received pre-2pm). Should the product be unavailable, the item may take a little longer to send out. We endeavour to dispatch products on the same day of confirmation that your order is accepted, although, if any product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as practicable to let you know. If delay in dispatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the product has not been already dispatched, cancel your order and we will refund all sums paid by you.
Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.
